I opened the doors of Fit Body Boot Camp in August 2009 and began helping people who have struggled in their quest to lose weight finally reach their weight loss goal! We take ordinary people, who just want to look and feel their very best, and transform their bodies!

Life before Fit Body Boot Camp was ok but I needed something else and
waking up really early to get on time to the 6am class was a change
and a challenge at first. However, after a few days I was really
really happy that not only I was seeing improvements in my body shape
but since I was waking up early I could do more things during the day!
I would usually go to the gym and work out but I lacked motivation.

Fit Body Boot Camp is fantastic. I lost 9 pounds in my short time there and toned up quickly, improved my cardio, and gained overall strength and balance.
